Jeff Stubins

Jeff Stubins serves as Broker for Stubins Group, where he directs a dedicated team to identify development sites for builders and developers. Prior to becoming a licensed agent, Stubins was a second-generation owner of a local vending refreshment company.  Upon the sale of his business Stubins, created a start-up charged with recovering earned but unreceived income to school districts, colleges, and other institutional vending clients.  Stubins is a Florida native, graduate from Florida State University, and has been a licensed agent/broker since 2007.
